Cowboy loves his leather couch and doggie treats (especially hot dogs).
He welcomes me home every day with much excitement making circles known as Cowboy "C's" and Cowboy "stories", very vocal in telling me all about his day while I was away.

Your Pet's Story or Bio
Cowboy was initially rescued from a shelter in Marshall Texas @ 10 months old by Muttley Crew Rescue of Texarkana, TX. He'd been dumped there with a very bad skin condition. He was nurtured back to health and adopted out only to be returned to Muttley Crew through no fault of his own & unfortunate family circumstances. When I read his story in December 2011 it so touched my heart! I drove all the way to Texarkana just to meet him (knowing full well if I wasn't the perfect match for him I would be driving back home all alone). Thankfully it was love at first site for both of us! He picked ME!! Initially he was so shy and timid, didn't bark for months but always a gentlemen. Finally realizing he was "home", safe, secure & loved he's blossomed into the happiest boy every!
