Jaxx is still a puppy by age standards but he doesn't seem to understand that he has outgrown the "puppy" stage and that he no longer fits in anyone's lap! He is the ULTIMATE lap dog even though his feet over lap any furnitue or anyone's lap that he's sitting on!
