Your Pet's Story or Bio
Bailey (formerly Faith) was rescued by CARA, along with her very small puppy. Bailey was literally skin and bones - whatever she had, she gave to her puppy. She was a wonderful, wonderful mamma.
She was at CARA for several months - gaining some much needed weight - and realizing that she and her puppy - Hope - were safe.
With her warm and loving personality, she quickly became a staff favorite.
Last year - I met her at an adoption event. She sat down in front of me, put her paw on my knee - looked at me and ...that was it. I am her person - and she is my dog. I've never had a dog that is so attached to one person--I'm grateful I'm Bailey's choice!! She's a Christmas present all year long!
