Old school buses from the USA are shipped to Panama. The people very cleverly convert them to provide inexpensive transport not only within Panama City but also to surrounding rural towns and villages. The buses are usually painted in bright colours, with flashing lights and music so one can see and hear them coming. The Panamanians make good use of recycled items like these buses.
