The photo was taken at sunset, it shows the Canadian flag as well. It is on the Atlantic Ocean which connects it to the rest of the world. Canada has a long history with Care Canada helping all over the world. Lighthouses are iconic on the coasts of Canada and the United States. Keeping many people safe for centuries. Before lighthouses were built there were many shipwrecks on these coasts. In this same way Care Canada has provided much help all over the world, influencing lives worldwide. The poverty in the world is more now than when Care first started and the need is more than ever. Especially with refuges and people being displaced all over the world because of war and climate change. The role of Care is more
important than ever. For many people Care is like a lighthouse providing light and hope and safety.
