Meet Noel — Part Cat, Part Genius, Full-Time Menace

Noel is a multi-talented feline whose gifts are frankly a little alarming.

First, she tells time. Not with a clock — she simply knows when her food dish is about to dispense, and she will be seated and waiting, thank you very much. Punctuality is a virtue, and Noel has it in spades.

Second, she takes her role as Neighborhood Watch Captain very seriously. The window is her post. The street is her jurisdiction. Nothing gets past her.

But her latest achievement? She has learned to turn the water faucet on and off.

On. Off. On. Off.

Mom and Dad are thrilled. (They are not thrilled.)

Noel is not sorry. Noel is never sorry. Noel is, however, very cute and she knows that too.
