Sugar has been by my side for six years now, ever since I brought her home from Fort Wayne as a tiny pup. From the very beginning, she showed her personality—smart, fearless, and full of energy. She’s a little firecracker who loves car rides for her daily pup cup and acts like she can take on any big dog. But what makes Sugar truly special is her incredible intuition. When my baby was born prematurely and became very sick, she began alerting me when something was wrong, even before I noticed. She would sense when he was about to get sick or have a seizure, without ever being trained. I am endlessly grateful for her love, loyalty, and intelligence every single day. She is more than a pet; she’s my companion, protector, and a constant source of comfort and joy, always reminding me how special she truly is every day.
