Basil is sweet, friendly, and quite the talker! Everyone who meets him tells us he is the most talkative cat they have every met! He loves playing, snuggling up for a nap, going outside on his leash, and watching the wildlife from his perch. Here he has just woken up and is stretching with a big yawn before jumping down from his perch.
