First impressions may not be accurate. I saw this 8 week old baby on Fri. 7/8/22. She did NOT want to be held and seemed agitated. We decided not to adopt. I couldn’t sleep, thinking about her. I returned to the SPCA the next morning. She then was beyond affectionate and purred loudly while gently nuzzling my neck and then rolled onto her fluffy back while in my arms and closed her bright eyes. I put her down, she climbed right back into my lap. SHE picked us. July 9th we became her family. What an amazing personality and thank goodness my heart nudged me to go back and see her again. She has brightened our days and our dogs are pretty excited about her too! This 3 pounds of kitten rules our roost. Life is beautiful. We are in love with our baby girl Barzillai. Thank you SPCA.
