Pet's Story or Bio
Lexi was adopted on June 14, 2022. She is a purebred Rottweiler. She is currently like an overgrown toddler. She is very inquisitive, she hogs all the tennis balls and hides them from her sister, Maddie Mei (also adopted from the SPCA). She is very intelligent and goal oriented. She loves to run and play in the fenced backyard, watching the wildlife in the woods surrounding the backyard. Lexi loves to ride in the car…sitting in the middle of the backseat, front feet on the “floor hump” looking out the windshield. She loves going on walks. She was EXTREMELY food aggressive-however, with effort , love and patience-this issue is becoming non-existent. I can put my hand in her bowl while she is eating. She is ALWAYS by my side and very protective. It took approximately 5 weeks before she realized she had a permanent new home. She is now more relaxed and comfortable…and it shows.
