Pet's Story or Bio
Buttermilk came to us in May of 2020 as a left on property stray, with a prolapsed anus and a hankering for attention. He was housed in our Critical Care Unit and I just remember walking into work and was completely beside myself with how handsome he was. I would take him to play parks frequently and one day I took him up to one, took off his leash, and sat on the ground. He then, immediately came and sat on my lap. It was almost unreal, like a “ movie moment “. I know he would be coming home with me after that. He actually came in with 0 manners, so while being in our critical care unit, I taught him how to walk on a leash, sit, both paws-I spent so much time with him. I don’t think enough people talk about their “ soul dog.” I just know I have found mine. I can go on an on about him-but I don’t have enough space.
