Brandy was fostered in Virginia with her 8 siblings and mom. Her foster mom’s friends saw the pictures of the puppies, drove all the way from Long Island, NY to see them, fell in love with Brandy, and drove back down 2 weeks later to pick her up! She has been spoiled rotten ever since.
