Spotsy came to your shelter and was originally named Anne Kline at shelter. She and her siblings were dropped/ Abandoned with their eyes still closed in Buckingham Virginia and when we saw pictures of her in that tote so little we knew we had to have her. She’s an amazing dog she listens and plays well with the children she’s the perfect in every way.
