We were at an adoption event (Daisy and I) for PAWS where we met little Leyara in a cage. She had never met a dog before, according to her Foster mom, but she was crawling out of my arms to be with Daisy. When we put her back in the cage, Daisy refused to leave it and would whine when we tried. So we adopted her and brought her home. This is there first full day together. Leyara slept at her side the entire day and followed Daisy around like sisters. We always say, Leyara is Daisy's cat, and they both know it.
