Frannie is our sweet little girl who loves hanging out in the sink. We adopted her from a foster mother from Mechanicburg, Pa. She is turning 2 in October and she still can’t meow. She has only half a tail and it is broke in 2 places. Despite her handicap she is so precious. She loves playing and exploring with her adopted sister Emmie who just turned 1. We absolutely love seeing how much they love there forever home.
