Roman came from the shelter in Harrisburg he’s. Been quite the addition to the other 2. He has had some. Medical issues. And will be on medication permanently. . He loves to stick out his tongue. Sometimes I think he’s trying to show his mood at that time. He’s truly adorable !!!
