Buddy was rescued in August 2018 by Castaway Critters from a shelter in Kentucky in response to an email seeking emergency rescues because the shelter was full. He was adopted to his forever home in October 2018. Buddy loves to take walks and meet the neighbors. He is so happy whenever anyone pets him that his tail wags in a circle like a helicopter, which makes everyone happy to pet him.
