Boss(now 2yrs old)got my attention at a Flagstaff shelter when I was on a 3rd visit with a different dog I intended to rescue...apparently I was rescued, to help him recover from trauma, abuse, & neglect issues. Boss sadly just recently finally learned how to play with toys, stick his head out the window of the car to feel the wind on his face, & now that he actually finally knows how to swim, he can't get enough of doing laps...most rewarding part of our short history together is seeing his transformation from love and the reassurance, that he won't be left behind or neglected. I rescued Boss in Feb '20 & in just a few months he's become a structured, obedient, & loyal companion who's finally learned to trust me completely!
