Bucky was rescued by our family from Castaway Critters in November of 2021. He was hit by a car as a stray puppy in Kentucky, and initially had a botched surgery on his two left legs. After being rescued by Castaway Critters and brought up to PA, he had another surgery that corrected his back left leg, but his front left leg never healed correctly, thus leaving him with a permanent limp. However, it adds to his charm and his silly and goofy personality that we love! He is the sweetest dog ever and will never turn down a belly rub! He LOVES people and is a total ham! He’s had a rough start in life, spending months and months in rehab and being crated to work on using his left legs again. He now has the life he deserves and you’d never know he had such a rough start. He loves visiting the elderly folk at my grandmas senior living facility and gets attention everywhere he goes! We love this sweet little low rider, and can’t imagine our lives without him. He now has the life he 100% deserves!
