Kelce came from a rough situation (she was meant to be a breeder Mom but that didn't work out) so considering what she went through, she was so easy to train and is the happiest girl you ever met! She truly enjoys every new adventure and is just happy to be with her "people". She is like her namesake Jason Kelce (Philadelphia Eagles) and has such a joy for life!!!!
