Description of PhotoMother Great Horned owl brought her owlet a mouse to eat, but in the process of handing it over the her baby, it fell to the ground. I looked up to see both baby and mother owl looking down at me, and the expressions on their faces were priceless. I left the area in order to give the mother a chance to retrieve the mouse, but she never did.
