BioBaxter is a 4 year old male cavalier king charles born in Lulu, GA and adopted the day after Thanksgiving, after his new proud parents spent the night in the RV at the Walmart parking lot in 17 degree weather waiting for the office to open. Today Baxter rides in his own car seat anywhere and anytime he can GO!
