Nigel is a 10 year old handsome FIV positive man, that came to Cat Haven when his family from Georgia was downsizing enroute to moving west. Everyone at the adoption center saw how special he was, except for me, but I took him in. I have a bunch. He's done a couple of amazing things, despite having had his tail amputated after kids put rubber bands on it at one point before we got him. But the most beautiful...my dad passed away not long after he came to live with me, and he slept next to me that night with his paw on my cheek, (for the first time), and has done so nearly every night for the last 4 years. He is a diplomat, welcomes every new addition. The kindest soul. I see what everyone else did, now.
