My 17 year old Calico passed away. It took about 6 months before I started looking for an older cat to adopt & went to a few places. However, "Nala" climbed into my lap at Cat Haven. I still visited a few other places and cats, but came back to her for some reason. I just knew Nala was not her name. It took a few weeks for her adjustment & ours. Well, when you've had a geriatric cat for many years, this wild child was an adjustment! She became ZENA, my little wild warrior princess! She runs, she claws, she chases, she hides, she hunts, she loves! Zena is the PURfect name for my new PurBaby. This month made one year with my new baby girl and we love her & are completely entertained, even as she tears up the furniture & has run away once! She is a success story!
