What's your purrmance story with your cat?
Gracie became a purrmanent member of our household 9 years ago. She had been placed in a shelter after being removed from an abusive home. My wife and I instantly fell in love with her sweet and gentle disposition and brought her home.

I work from home and Gracie spends her time sitting on my desk and chatting with me (err, I mean, TO me), which makes for some interesting business calls. She likes to sleep in our bed with us, but she isn't shy about tapping my wife or myself on the face to let us know we've slept long enough and it's time to give her some attention.

Having Gracie around adds some "zen" to each day.
