What's your purrmance story with your cat?
Finn came into my life 3 years ago like a tornado. A rescue he was an underweight sickly little guy orginally intended for breeding stock but because of his size and health issues he was given to a friend of mine who knowing I'd lost my old cat Rizzel gave him to me. It was a tough first year . Finn's gums and teeth were so badly infected he could barely eat due to the pain and he became dangerously undernourished. He was skeletal and I was almost giving up hope when as a last resort my vet did a full tooth extraction. Thankfully it worked ! Yet through all this ordeal even at his most sickly and in severe pain Finn had this unsinkable joie de vivre . I have never met a cat that loves people so much and heaven for him is being on a shoulder headbutting and nuzzling my ears. He is endlessly curious about everything with a bombastic physicality that takes my breath away not to mention gives me many belly laughs. He is a greatly appreciated studio companion (I work as an artist) as well as a world champion couch potato cuddler that I swear lowers my blood pressure. He is my buddy and I simply love him .
