What's your purrmance story with your cat?
I picked up Ludo from the Toronto Humane Society when he was just a laid-back little kitten. He started out as a curious, friendly, and somewhat gullible cat, so my wife and I named him after Ludo in the movie Labrynth. He's now grown into a very awesome bro who has my back at all times. Friends of mine see him much differently than I do, considering him to be the "Evil Incarnate", as he is very mean to ANYONE who isn't myself or my wife. Yes, he's even drawn blood on occasion. Sorry about that, friends. But I just look at it as my Catbro claiming his territory, doing his best to protect the household (even when it doesn't really need protecting).
When it is just the two of us, Ludo's softer side definitely comes out and he is a sucker for cat/human cuddles. Especially if I have human food nearby. I used to be a dog person, but after owning Ludo, even with all his insanity, I am a cat convert. I proudly own and wear my "Real Men Love Cats" T-shirt in public on a regular basis. Me--ow.
