What's your purrmance story with your cat?
I adopted 7 year old Mickey through PetRescue as a new friend for my wife after she lost her 18 year old cat. Instead of bonding with her, he quickly bonded with me in a way we never imagined it could be. Mickey sleeps with me every night and he likes to spoon. He wakes me up by gently poking my face with his paws. He watches t.v. with me while lying down on my chest. He talks to me and he lets me know through his voice and gestures exactly what he needs. He sleeps all day long, but somehow knows when my car turns onto our street. Mickey is ready to greet me at the door after work, causing my wife some jealously when we share kisses and head butts at the stairs together instead of with her. Mickey and I share a love that is special and strong every single day. Wish we could send more pictures!
