Romeo Joe was found as a stray covered in ticks. Now he is thriving and living his best life. He is the sweetest boy, loves to cuddle, and has the best smile. Those big brown eyes are sure to make you fall in love instantly. While he is still a puppy with all the energy, the thing he wants most is to cuddle up on your lap to get the pets and loving he very well deserves.
