A little about me...
Whiskey is a purebred German Shepherd who came to Cause for Canines as an owner surrender back in 2019 at the ripe young age of 6 months old. Originally adopted by a family from a local shelter Whiskey found himself surrendered due to one of his humans becoming sick. They realized that he needed a home that could provide the time and attention his breed demands. Placed in a foster home with an anxiety ridden Shepherd mix named Xander the 2 quickly became the perfect pair and it was as if anxiety never existed. FOSTER FAIL. He now resides on 2.5 acres with his cat siblings Zig, Zag, and Zoom. Sadly last year he lost his sidekick and best friend suddenly, but in honor of his late brother Xander has taken on the role of fostering with great ease and expertise.
