Make A Day is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides outreach to central Ohio’s chronically homeless, as well as the economically disadvantaged and socially marginalized. Mobile Outreach, Make A Day’s signature program, includes weekly street outreach to people experiencing homelessness, as well as bloc-party-styled “pop-up” events and rent assistance clinics. Our services include free haircuts, gourmet meals from the Make A Day food truck, gifts of clothing and hygienic supplies, resource navigation and referrals, and rent assistance clinics. Our unique, relationship based approach creates an equalizing space for all guest, leading to increased successful social services referrals versus more traditional approaches.

Our Yacht, sponsored by Vohnt On-Demand Car Car, represents the Make A Day Food Truck and Outreach Vehicles. Our work is entirely mobile - empowering us reach the most vulnerable in our community more effectively.
