Trini Foundation brings the life-saving practice of Ashtanga Yoga into treatment centers and recovery homes across the country—including right here in our own community. We work face-to-face with individuals in early recovery, offering structure, connection, and a way to come back to their bodies after years of chaos. Yoga becomes a tool to process pain, build self-trust, and stay sober—one breath, one pose, one day at a time.
