A little about this image...
I created this photo in response to my concerns over climate change and its impact on nature. Wildfires have burned nearly 2.5 million acres in California alone in 2021. First, with the camera in the multiple exposure mode, I photographed three oak leaves in silhouette in three different positions. Then, I photographed the flames from a fire in our grill. I did not actually burn the leaves. In-camera multiple exposure of 5 frames.
