A little about me...
I rescued Fairbanks 11 1/2 years ago when he was just a baby, from the Washington Animal Rescue League (now the Humane Rescue Alliance) . I name my pets after movie stars or places I’ve been; Fairbanks is named after both Fairbanks Alaska and Douglas Fairbanks Jr & Sr. When picking him out, I couldn’t decide which puppy I wanted, it so I let the dog I had at the time, Juneau, pick him out - I selected 2 puppies, put them both down and the Juneau picked was the one that was going home with us. Having my current pet pick the new pet was the best decision I ever made!!! The bond they had was unbelievable!! Juneau taught Fairbanks everything he knew and raised Fairbanks like a true parent!!!
