A little about me...
Trixie came into Miami-Dade shelter, pregnant and sick. She lost 3 babies. Then, she was transferred to AWLAlexandria where she was treated for Lyme. She then became the darling of the office staff. After her spay, she went home with Susan and Jim. At first reluctant to walk, with time and patience, she travels a good, long block everyday. Trixie lives for treats and asks nothing more. You will find her between the sheets every night. So devoted she is to mom and dad that small children and other dogs cannot be her close friends. No longer afraid to go out in the yard by herself, she spends a good deal of her time roaming the garden. She truly has found her home.
