Rules

Upload photos directly to photo contest site by clicking ENTER CONTEST, and participants donate for votes where $1 = 1 vote. There is a $5 entry fee donation

Begin fundraising! The top 12 fundraisers will have their pet featured as a pet of the month and on the cover page of the calendar. However, every entry that raises at least $50 will appear in the calendar. Consider a yard sale or an entry donation box or tip jar at your work! In addition, if you know of a business that would like to purchase an ad in the calendar or someone who would like to be a patron listed in it, those donations will be added to your pet’s total! The contest will begin on June 4, 2016 at 9am end on July 16, 2016 at 9pm. If not self loading to the contest website, pet photos must be submitted to the CPHS with the entry form & $5 entry fee donation on or before that date to be loaded to the contest website.
