Babka was just a puppy when we first met her at the shelter. She was very small to be in the large dog room. But what caught our eye was that she was the only dog sitting and waiting for attention, rather than barking or jumping to be seen. We took her outside to meet our older dog, Buckley, a rescue pup we adopted a a few years earlier. The two hit it off right away - chasing each other around the yard at full tilt. What really sealed the deal was when they shared a drink from the same bowl at the same time. Since then the games have been non-stop and we couldn't be a happier family!
