Your Pet's Story or Bio
I was volunteering at CHA 12 years ago when a 2-yr-old Wickman was surrendered. He is a purebred Ragdoll cat and was being fostered out of the shelter. I'm told his "other" parents were getting a divorce and didn't want to deal with their pets, so they surrendered Wickman (Bailey) and his sister was taken in by a family friend. We never met her. I renamed him Wickman after the former Cleveland Indians pitcher Bob Wickman. Basically because they are both big white guys. He is living his best life with me and has resided in Chicago, Miami, Columbus and now Warren, OH.
