Your Pet's Story or Bio
I had a little dachshund named Lucy for 14 years and she passed away in April of 2023, I was literally heartbroken. A few months later my friend Amanda (who takes in and cares for rescues) contacted me saying she had a little dog for us to meet. I was nervous and not really wanting to commit and start over again, and I was still grieving. After visiting with my husband we agreed to meet the dog. Amanda brought him over and we just fell in love with him, in fact he spent that night with us and never left. I told her we wanted him and in October of 23 we adopted him and gave him the name Harley.
