Charlie has taught us what it is to adopt & love a senior dog!! After our daughter moved to Raleigh & took her mini dachshund with her, we had a hole in our household. I saw Charlie on Facebook one day & knew that we had a place in our home to give him the love that he needed after being given up after 11 1/2 years. He has been such a blessing to our household! He is best friends with our boxer, Bella! Due to lessons learned from Charlie, we will adopt seniors from now on when we rescue a dog!
