My Athens, GA., rescue, Pennington (Approx 3 yrs.) is a sky-diver. When we had to crate him and left to go kayaking one 4th of July, he was no fool. He shimmied his way out of the joints of the new crate. He felt hemmed in and decided to open the window and survey the scenic view where he then dove from the 3rd floor to land smack on the 1st floor roof of our wrap-around porch. Opting for premium comfort he leaped down to the Japanese bush and sat pretty on the lovely cushioned seat to await our most astonished arrival. However he is quite happy to cross-country ski, bike or hike if invited. Loves his Metro North commute to the Big Apple and Central Park. In the home, he is a noble grooming creature. Wadda Chow!!!
