Pat is a 1 year old JRT who was born with some congenital anomalies. He is the sweetest, smartest dog! He ended up at charlotte animal control after his owners went to jail. His unique genitalia made him less than desirable to many adopters who could not look beyond his appearance to see his amazing personality. He is still searching for a special person or family to call his own.
