A little about me...This is Nova: the cutest, most loyal Bully in the world. After fostering Nova for six months and many failed adoption appointments, I officially adopted my sweet girl. Together we overcame her cancer mass, aggression, and kennel depression. Today, she is a verified Emotional Support Dog and accompanies me to college at the University of Virginia. We both make each other feel safe, happy, and, most importantly, loved. This photo is from Nova’s first trip to the beach. I figured she would not like the ocean because she was not a big fan of baths and pools; but as soon as she saw the waves, she charged forward and plunged herself into them. Her 50 foot leash allows me to snap photos of her charging the surf while running next to her. She is absolutely the most adorable girl in the world and deserves a spot in the CASPCA 2021 Calendar! Thank you!
