A little about me...Tulley was a surprise Halloween puppy. My mother and I decided to go look at dogs at the SPCA at random because we were driving by and I had dog-fever. We started walking down the hall and when she saw us she jumped and barked like most of the dogs do. I kept walking and my mom was by her kennel. She whined like crazy, so I came back and she stopped. I walked away again and she whined. I asked to take her on a walk and called my husband right after to tell him we were adopting a dog. She had a bit of a rough start from what we know of her previous owners, but has worked hard with us on her reactivity and anxiety. She is now super spoiled and living her best life. She loves all food, chomps, any kind of toy (but the soft ones only last about 15 minutes), playing with the ball, long walks, and snuggling with her humans. We are so grateful that I made a random stop to look at dogs last Halloween, she has made our hearts full.
