Tell us a little something about your dog (what they mean to you, your favorite thing about them, what they have taught you, or their rescue story)
Whiskey came into our lives in April. He is the one time that we said “Yes” to a puppy. He’s since then taken over our hearts and every aspect of our lives. Mornings may start with a cup of coffee, however, the day doesn’t really get going until Whiskey finishes his puppy yoga and sees us off with the best puppy kisses. He likes to be well informed of what is happening in the house, he joyfully follows us and watches our every move. If he decides the day is a little too boring, he will quickly start a little game of tag, which he wins each and every time. Whiskey has brought an enormous amount of love, bright smiles, and warm hugs to our family and friends. Our days are now filled with all the cuddles and waggs one could wish for.

He’s a fan of the outdoors, he enjoys running free in the front lawn as much as exploring an apple orchard or a new city. The dips in our monkey grass bear witness to Whiskey’s love for its fragrance and a good sun bath. He has taught us the importance of slowing down and smelling the roses (in Whiskey’s case, the monkey grass).

He’s made our family bond stronger and our home happier and brighter with his big puppy eyes. We know it was written in the stars that Whiskey would find his way to us. He is not only a part of our home, he is the heart of our home. We can’t imagine our lives without him. We love him very much and are grateful for having him share his life with us.
