Pet's Story
Duke is a 2.5 year old Great Dane/English Mastiff mix. He was rescued by his owner, Dustin, from the Canine Rescue Coalition/Arizona Mastiff Rescue in November 2011. In March of 2012 Duke and Dustin packed up their Phoenix, AZ home and headed to Lakewood, NY. Duke has learned to enjoy many winter activities like snowshoeing and catching snowballs. His all time favorite thing to do is play soccer...he's better than most adults! (No joke.) Duke also enjoys hiking, fetching sticks, splashing around in Lake Chautauqua, visiting friends and family, eating cookies, belly rubs, playing with other dogs and his mini-pig friend, Stevie. When he's not busy playing you can find him napping on his couch or gnawing on a Nylabone. Duke is happy to lend his devilish good looks to help support the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
