Pet's Story
The Maltese comes from the island of Malta and are categorized in the Toy Group. They are supposed to weigh 4-6 lbs. and have human-like hair. They do not shed and are generally always white. The breed is very curious in nature. When we were outside working in the garden, we happened to look up and saw Gemma standing on her hind legs to smell a daffodil. We quickly grabbed our cell phone to take this photo because we thought it was such a beautiful moment! She is a wonderful, photogenic dog and we love her.
