Your Pet's Story or Bio
Claude (aka "Bud") was found very ill on the streets of Chico by a dedicated Chico Animal Shelter foster mom. He was taken to them for care, and it turns out all he needed was food and somewhere warm to sleep! I found out about him and decided to take him home, not knowing how well he'd do. He ended up doing great! He did have some health problems but most of the time, he was a happy go lucky kind of guy. He loved to play, and he loved to chase his friend Roger around the house. Sadly, Claude was diagnosed with lymphoma after I'd only had him for a year, and he did not survive much longer after that. He was my number one snuggle buddy at bedtime, and his purr would soothe me when I needed peace. Sweet "Bud".
