Shelby was surrendered to the Chico Animal Shelter as a very sick little puppy. The vet determined she ingested marijuana, which can be very dangerous for dogs. Luckily, the shelter was able to get her the help she needed! Shelby was adopted and lives a spoiled life with her parents and little fur brother Winston!
