Jack was in and out of multiple shelters in Butte County his first 3 years of life. A volunteer called me up one day letting me know he was at a high kill shelter in one of our surrounding towns and asked if I would please foster. She stated he would do great outdoors on our property. I agreed and within about 24 hours he warmed his way into our hearts and into our home. This was day 3 in our home and I woke up to him sitting in this chair! He has now been in our family for 4 years and is loved by all including teenagers, babies, grandparents, orphaned kittens we foster, and many more. Jack is irreplaceable. We can’t imagine our home without him.
